So you want to write a blog post
Great! I love blog posts! I also welcome other people’s blog posts. Not sure whether I’m still hyper on caffeine, or just irrationally excited about blogs. Either way, anyone can write a blog post! Here’s what I need from you:
- A title
- An excerpt (the thingy underneath the picture)
- Your first and last name
- Your email
- A short little bio about you. Mine is at the bottom of this page
- A square profile picture, or your gravatar id
Optional:
- A teaser image (shows up on the main page)
- Any images you embed in your post
The actual post
The actual post must be interesting, mostly grammatically correct, and formatted in Github-syntax Markdown, as according to this guide. I’ll give it a grammatical once-over before posting it.
